I have been migraine free for 2 days now and we all know that is a big step. I feel like celebrating it's something to be excited about. I go today and get a massage for the forst time. So I hope that helps and I think I'm going to switch to a more supportive pillow to align my neck and head to help. Im a side sleeper anyways.
Does any one have any suggestion on what kind of pillow to get?

a cervical pillow is the best for you. there are tons of different kinds but i have found that the water pillow is the best one. it isnt as harsh as a change in the way you sleep compared to the foam cervical pillows. i work for a chiropractor, and i know from personal use that cervical pillows can make a difference---just finding the right one is the trick.
let me know if you need names of some companies that make cervical pillows.

You may want to talk with your doctor or a physical therapist about pillows. That said, there was a lot of discussion of therapeutic pillows on the discussion forum recently. Click on the blue words to see that discussion thread.
