I have not had a migraine

I have not had a migraine in 5 days and in our worls that is a big thing. So I really hope the medication to help prevent them is really working and the muscle relaxer I take at night to must be really helping me out. I feel like a normal person again. I feel really good I feel like my old self before all of the migraines. I know I will still get them but not to have one in 5 days is really great for me I feel like celebrating.

I have been migaine free for 2 days

I have been migraine free for 2 days now and we all know that is a big step. I feel like celebrating it's something to be excited about. I go today and get a massage for the forst time. So I hope that helps and I think I'm going to switch to a more supportive pillow to align my neck and head to help. Im a side sleeper anyways. Does any one have any suggestion on what kind of pillow to get?

I went to urgent care yesturday

I went to urgent care yesturday because I thought I had the worse migraine of my life. But the doctor told me I had a muscle spasm. I had never had one before so I thought it was a migraine. It had traveled from my back up the back of my neck to my head and that is were it has stayed that is why I was in so much pain. I am just really glad it was not a migraine because that was the worse pain ever to me.

I've had a migraine for 2 days

I've had a migraine for 2 days now this is the worse ever I can not even touch the left side of my head or face that's how bad it hurts. The medication the neurologist gave me to take on the onset of one is not working. I'm really thinking about going to the emergency room. I'm really tired of living this way. I hope I don't lose my job because of this. I'm thinking about trying to work from home because I'm sick most...

Went to the doctor

I went to the neurologist on Friday. I was a little upset by my visit he was nice but he only wanted to give me medication. He gave me two new meds one is to help prevent them and one is to help stop them once I get a migraine. But what upset me the most is that he wasn't open to anything else. Everything I suggested he shot down which upset me. I had asked he about getting a massage or sleeping different or a new pillow or the foods I eat...
