Does anyone have any experience dealing with either a magnesium deficiency or b12 deficiency as a cause of their migraines?

I was recently diagnosed as iron deficient (anemic for more than a year) .... I am taking iron supplements daily, and I discovered some interesting information about the correlation of migraines with anemia, b12, and magnesium deficiencies ..... I was recently seen in our local ER on July 6th, for intractable migraine/vomiting/etc. They treated me with magnesium sulfate on top of my other meds, and my migraine was completely gone within 2 hrs. I felt normal :) ......

Any experience, or info would be greatly appreciated.

thank you all so much, hope things are well for everyone....things have been going better and better for me lately .... all my hard work's paid off :)
