    Hi there,

     

    Sounds like you sure are balancing a LOT!  I admire you for being so strong.  I have chronic migraines, and one of my best friends has rheumatoid arthritis.  I will say that, despite some ups and long-term downs, she thrives in general as soon as she gets the right meds and takes care of herself.  I know you can handle it!  Good luck.
