Joy I understand what you are going through.  My hhus band suffers from intactable migraines.  His headaches started out as chronic cluster headaches, this started in 1997.  In 2002 we found a great headache clinic and doctor.  The Jefferson Headache Clinci in Philidelphia and his doctor is Dr. Stephen Silberstein.  Since 2002 my husabnd has gotten past the chronic cluster and now has intractable migraines.  He is on disabilty, he has major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety.  He gets up with a headache everyday and goes to bed with a headache every night.  The intensity varies during the day.  This has been very difficult on him and the entire family.  I highly recommend his doctor.  I wish you all the luck and prayers in the world.
