Overuse headaches

I just don't understand what to do, and what to take. When you have 3 different medications for pain, like I do, how do you juggle them to not get the moh? In other words, more clearly. I have read reviews on this from WebMd........both good and bad for migraines. Lots of side effects. Weight gain is so,.worrying me. I'm having problems sleeping, and some anxiety.
