Okay, I know what migraine triggers are. I've went months without some of these things, 6 months to be exact. Still got migraines. Now, if I was to eat chocolate or strawberries and get a migraine, then another time I can eat them and not get one right away, or that day,, then...........how do you really tell if it's a "Trigger," or not???
