I do wake up with migraines, as I did this morning. I went to bed with one also. but, through the 17 years or so, I've been getting these, I would feel a terrible pain in the back of my head that would wake me up in severe pain. But they come and go morning and nights and mid-days and I can be fine one second, and not the next.

I've been on Depakote for about 2 weeks now. Well, I have to say they are about 20% better. I am still getting them, but somedays, I start getting one, and take Midrin, or Darvocet, or whatever, and it goes away. But, I just started it, so I sure hope it helps. I believe there some people who find the right Regimen, and others I believe, and have read it's about 20% of migraineurs that do not find any help.

I wish people would just get that, and yes, we will keep trying to find the right doctor and the right medicine. I think it's great when people say, oh this is amazing, this helped me, blah, blah, blah, but there is not a cure. Which means, a disease with no cure, doesn't mean everyone (like me ) will be jumping up and down doing aerobics. Okay, I'm sounding angry, but I had a terrible migraine today, and just needed to vent.  Thanks to all who read.
