Does anyone have any ideas for an herbal tea to give me energy, and that won't trigger a migraine?

    Hi,

Well, which ones have you tried? Green tea and white tea are ok for me, no triggers. But it may just be a matter of experimentation for you since each of us react differently to our triggers.

I had a mug of cinnamon apple spice tea (herbal) last night for the first time and less than 1 hour later the migraine started, and lasted until the next day.
