Recently got a Rx for the new med imitrex/naproxen combo. Worked ok-once my husband got the tablet out of the container! Not sure who the genius behind the chinese puzzle box container was-but they obviously don't suffer from migraines! I was in tears trying to get to my medication!...

I'm not laughing at your difficulty, I'm laughing because that was my first experience with that crazy Treximet jar too! LOL chinese puzzle box.

Thanks for reminding me. I just got a refill on Treximet last night. I'm going to go put it in a better bottle right now.

Some of the triptans are difficult to open. We have an Ask the Clincian question HERE that talks about this problem.

The new Teximet containers are a pain, consider opening one or two before migrain so that you do not have to fight the little buggers, thats what I had to do. Best safe high where kiddos cannot get to them though, if you have any.
