about my migraine

Hi to you all well i start having migrain since i was 10 years and i am naw 22 years old i feel that i have more then one type of migrain.... sometime i feel like there is a hummer keep on banging on my head and sometime like i hade a punch on my eye and it come with fevore mostly on my lift side i dont know if it has anything to do because i am writting with my lifet hand recently i had a bad a tack with nomnes on my left side and my blood pressre was high and whill haveing it  and a after it i cant remamber things as i used to do i need sometime to process things feeling dezi it just have made my life little bits harder i am getting tired faster then my freids the bad thing is i do feel that i am getting worse its just a very bad paine that who dont know a thing about it would say its a hadech well i feel i did experince many type of paine in and on my hade and i just start to educate my self reagarding migraine so if anyone have ai idea what should i do or what could help
