In many cases, waking with Migraines is an indication of a problem with sleep. Too much, too little, interrupted, and poor quality sleep can all be Migraine triggers. Talking to your doctor about your sleep patterns is a good idea.
With your Migraine pattern changing, you do need to see your doctor to be sure there's no other underlying problem. If you need to try preventives, there are now over 100 medications that can be used for Migraine prevention. There's no need to feel like a "walking zombie."
