One of my problems at work is co-workers wearing perfumes.  This is one of my triggers.  I found that peppermint oil on a cottonball at my desk helps to mask others perfume.  It is also relaxing for me.  I have even put a few drops on the light bulb on my desk light. The heat of the bulb diffuses the oil and you are surrounded by the peppermint.  Hope this helps someone out there.
