I'm sorry grammybkb that you have "ANOTHER" Migraine. I had one too today, so what else is new I ask myself????

I have a doctor's appointment next week. We are going to have a conversation, about what, who knows, but something has to go!!!

    Hang in there,

    thanks Nancy,

Went to dr.'s office today and saw my NP.  New meds, along with increased dosages on others and am trying Coenzyme Q10.  With at least one hundred meds to go through, and those in different combinations, I guess I'll be playing with this until I've had it up to my eyeballs with pills.  Sorry you had one too.  There really are times when it feels like only an ax to the affected side will do the trick, and it can't hurt nearly as much as the headache!  When will drug companies concentrate their efforts on finding preventative therapies instead of rescue meds?  We all would benefit so much more and in so many ways.  I told my NP that instead of praying for no migraines at all, that I was going to ask God to just give me one month, just 30 days of no pain, nausea, lethargy.....  I pray for all of us out there.  We are not alone.  In any sense.  Please feel better soon, and I'll cross my fingers for good results at dr. next week for you.  Write anytime.  bkb

Hope you are feeling better by now!!! I know what it's like to have "had it" with all the drugs we try and doctors we see. Don't give up! As you said, there are so many medications out there that may help us, we have to keep trying!!!

    Hope you are pain free!!Laughing

This animation shows one of the key causes of pain during a migraine--changes to the blood flow within the brain.
