Hello everyone,
My name is Nicola and I have been suffering with migraines for the majority of my life. They got really bad about five years ago and I finally stopped working three years ago.

Well, if you've read my prior posts you know my life can be a little bit dramatic at times. Last week I hurt my back walking up and down the mountain I live on. Last fall we bought a high definition television. I was excited to get a new TV but disappointed when I found it made my headaches worse. I can only manage to watch it for a couple of hours, especially when I have a migraine. I have found an alternative. So, I spent the week in bed with an injured back. My long walk on Tuesday got the best of me. It has stopped hurting continuously yesterday, but with a bit of walking it starts again.
