Well, if you're anything like me you know a good rainfall can trigger a good migraine. The low pressure system feels like an elephant is sitting on my face.

I was also tired today. My insomnia was in full gear last night and I didn't get much sleep. I tried everything but my mind was buzzing.

I wonder if the insomnia and some of the other weird feelings I have been experiencing are due to the Lyrica. I have a doctor's appointment on Friday and will ask him then.

I had a minor headache all day. It subsided after dinner - which made my day.

I had a productive day. I developed a rehabilitation plan which lays out goals towards me working again. I don't know if I will be able to, but I want to. Our standard of living has dropped significantly since I stopped working.
