I almost forgot I had Sinus Buster spray (available at www.sinusbuster.com).  I have the Metered Dose one.  It has gotten rid of some headaches big and small.  Also not being a true drug, I can take it without worrying about drug interactions.  And it's small enough for pocket...

    Good luck with the capsaicin spray. I tried it and was disappointed when it didn't work for me.

     

    Before you try the one with feverfew, please do talk with your doctor. Feverfew can interact with meds and have a blood thinning effect that's not good for everyone.

    OK, Teri, thanks for your input.  I had never heard that about feverfew.  I had tried feverfew a couple times as a preventative but from what I read lately I haven't stayed on it quite long enough.
