I almost forgot I had Sinus Buster spray (available at www.sinusbuster.com).  I have the Metered Dose one.  It has gotten rid of some headaches big and small.  Also not being a true drug, I can take it without worrying about drug interactions.  And it's small enough for pocket/purse.

We have moved a couple times lately, and I just forgot about it.  After reading here about all the drug rebound headaches, that made me think of Sinus Buster which just Capsaicin Pepper Extract.

I do hold a lot of water behind my eyes with most of my headaches, and when they leave water will run out my eyes or have a post-nasal drip, so if I can get water out sooner they headache seems to go away sooner.

When I checked out their website I noticed they have a number of new products and one sounds very interesting: the Migraine Relief one which has feverfew and peppermint oil, and can be used as a preventative also.  I will have to order one of these new types myself.

Good luck with the capsaicin spray. I tried it and was disappointed when it didn't work for me.

Before you try the one with feverfew, please do talk with your doctor. Feverfew can interact with meds and have a blood thinning effect that's not good for everyone.

Please keep us posted?

OK, Teri, thanks for your input.  I had never heard that about feverfew.  I had tried feverfew a couple times as a preventative but from what I read lately I haven't stayed on it quite long enough.
