Migraine-free Day

By Pamela Burns Friday, January 04, 2008

I just wanted to express how excited I am that I went all day without a Migraine attack.  That's the first time it's happened in months - if not years!  Woot!

On the down side, my husband was sick most of the day with a Migraine attack of his own.  I felt so bad because I know how much pain he was in.  I didn't have to work today, so I just stayed at home with him and was there for support and in case he needed anything.  He only gets one attack every 4-6 months so he has never taken any of the arsenal of drugs that I have had on hand all of my adult life.  After he got the nausea down though, I think the headache followed.  I hate that he was feeling so bad but I am so glad that I was in position to help him like he's helped me so many times.

Hi Pamela!

I sure am glad you had a good day!  Especially since your husband really needed you...Somehow it doesn't seem fair that two people from the same family should have migraine disease!!Mad

Here's hoping you and your husband will have MANY migraine-free days TOGETHER!!Big Smile
