      <title>Migraines 6 days a week</title>
      <description>&amp;nbsp;I used to take triptans but the last 5 years I returned to ergotamine (I'm not happy with that).
Most of my migraines start during the night. I wake up with first symptoms and I get a tablet of ergotamine, sometimes two. If I stop the pain in a short time I can have a normal day.
Stress and fatigue are also very common triggers during the day.
No food triggers.
When I have a migraine I m too sensitive to noises and lights.
