Have you tried biofeedback.  I used it when I was in college and it works well.  It takes some training and there still will be times that you'll get a headache but it is an option.  Can you at least use injectables or inhalants for your migraines?

Sorry to hear about this but I do understand how you feel.  My stomach is pretty sensitive and there are times that taking my meds will make me throw up for hours on end.  Your stomach situation sounds pretty severe.

There are lots of other things that can help.  I have found that food is a primary trigger for me, have you tried restricting your diet to omit high preservative foods?  Check out this website if your interested in knowing about food triggers.  http://www.houstonheadacheclinic.com/nutrition.html

Hello, and welcome to MyMigraineConnection.com!

I'm sorry my welcome is so late. Let's see if we can help you out with your Migraine pain and stomach issues.

As unpleasant as it may sound, there are   suppositories you can take to help with nausea. I wonder if using this type of medication first, then an abortive, would be helpful? Compazine helps reduce nausea, come in pill and suppository form.
