Hello to everyone - it's been so hard to work with the computer that I have been reluctant to spend a lot of extra time in front of the computer. I am spending many days preparing concerts, and writing grants - which (LOL)
is a trigger - yikes. In the coming days I will update you all on my progress and hey - one year ago I was in the hospital - so working now - albeit with attacks and chronic pain - which is "better" than a year ago (yes!)!
I will write soon - though I am in the middle of another grant for my classical Duo - and it justs eats up my eyes - and is a trigger as I said. Sorry for my absence so long -
all the best to Teri and the gang and everyone -
Ian

The scaly critter, also known as droolie
Thank you for thinking of me
They found damage in c5-c6 vertebrae (old spelling I think) so I have a traction device I do every day -check one off in the trigger department - it helps some! So nice to hear from you!
Hugs
