Dear Friends, Can't write much today - just thanks for hearing from some of you. Almost had to go to the ER last night. Laying very low. Had an emergency visit with my neuro and we upped my lamicatal which had some room to go up on - hoping this breaks my current cycle. Scared to be in it guys. Back to the ice. Hugs Ian
