I had an epiphany while working out today.

Most typical days working out, I struggle with frequent dizziness. Note that I also work out in my basement under florescent lighting. Florescent lighting is a huge migraine trigger for me.

It took me until today to realize that the lighting in the basement is causing my workout dizziness. I turned the lights off for my workout today and had to stop myself from running for too long on the elliptical. Yippee!!! I really do not spend that much time in the basement, so this never really struck me as an issue; although, I should have figured this out sooner considering my track record with my migraines. :-D

And, yes, you can all laugh to yourselves at the sight or non-sight of me working out in the dark. Heck, I will do anything I can to make my head not hurt.
