      <title>I thought this was amusing!</title>
      <description> I had an epiphany while working out today. Most typical days working out, I struggle with frequent dizziness. Note that I also work out in my basement under florescent lighting. Florescent lighting is a huge migraine trigger for me.It took me until today to realize that the lighting in the basement is causing my workout dizziness. I turned the lights off for my workout today and had to stop myself from running for too long on the elliptical....</description>
