whats going on

I have tried many medications for hemiplegic migraines and I have had many side effects like a guinea pig. It would be nice to hear from anyone who has changed to natural therapies. Or if you have any ideas that are new. I know about the Kirchner diet, fiorecet and the other trial and error drugs that didn't work. Currently I am only on fiorecet and I would like to try something that wouldn't make me tired.
