yesterday was headache doctor visit. in the past month, i had only 5 migraines, yay!!! he upped the topamax, said i should continue taking the zanaflex when i need it. i told him how work is not so supportive when i need to take off work b/c i have a headache and he wrote a script for an abortive cal...

    to be one of the biggest questions, for me as well. If you can tell that are experiencing prodrome, that would be a good time to take your Axert. By the time you get to the headache phase, it may be too late to abort. But I always try!

    I take zomig, which is also aa triptan.  Most of the time I get the "aura" but there are the exceptions when I don't.  I have found if I'm a little late in taking it (I realize late that indeed it's a migraine) I take it anyways, and it may be slow in taking effect, but it kicks in.  Better late than never!  Hope this helps!
