I have found if I'm a little late in taking it (I realize late that indeed it's a migraine) I take it anyways, and it may be slow in taking effect, but it kicks in. Better late than never! Hope this helps!

to be one of the biggest questions, for me as well. If you can tell that are experiencing prodrome, that would be a good time to take your Axert. By the time you get to the headache phase, it may be too late to abort. But I always try!
Did that help??
