I have been taking Zonisamide since April of last year and it is no longer working! I just wish I could find something that would work on these horrid things. The doctor has upped the Zonisamide to 300mg in the hopes that it will work but I don't see any difference. It's just causing other problems. I have had migraines for about 19 years and my oldest daughter, 10 years old, has migraines as well. I have over the years tried everything to get rid of these migraines but for the last 2 years they have gotten worse. Being in my late 30's might have something to do with it, I really don't know. I also have family members who have migraines including, grandmother, mother, aunt, and 2 cousins. I'm trying to eat healthier and take better care of myself. I also talk to others with this debilitating disease! I hope that I can be a help to others. Thank you for this website and all the info it has on migraines.
