Thank you for this positive reminder for the start of a new year! The older I get the more I truly believe that while a positive outlook and believing we can won't cure migraine disease, they are the first steps toward managing the symptoms and improving our lives. It's one thing to think and say it, and another to truly believe it and take action accordingly. But oh, yes we can.

I will never utter the phrase "yes we can!" specifically because it is politcal. Here in the US one cannot help but to think of the president's campaign when hearing that phrase. So, nice try at disassociating with the campaign, but it just won't work.

Well, aren't you the grumpy gus? So, if you won't use "yes we can," pick another phrase. The message of the podcast is still a great one!

Grumpy Gus? LOL! That one got me.
I'm sorry, it just struck me as part of the Obamamania that seems to have taken over this country. I have seen local advertising using this phrase and I even saw a "yes we can" ad on TV for the particular network that I happened to be watching, etc, etc.
