First, I would start with the lovely Nerve Block Number 4. My doctor wasn't in, had an unexpected surgery (the nurse, and his sister rolled into one joked that the doctor was the patient now) so his colleaque did the nerve block. I was a little nervous. So was he. Especially when he learned that I had to lie down, otherwise I would faint. As he put it, he used "a little more". A little more? My doctor usually does 2 injections, he did 6. OK. For the first time I knew it was a bad idea that I went alone.
Then, during the weekend, the usual thing happened, a migraine. Would I call it my weekend migraine or my after-nerve-block-migraine? I don't know. But it was not so usual after all. As soon as it was clear that this will be a big one, I made myself comfortable and took my Imitrex with Naproxen. As I was lying there on the bed slowly inhaling, exhaling, I lost vision in my left eye (same side as the pain). Never happened before. After few minutes, the vision came back (from left side of the eye to the right).
I guess, in two weeks, there will be something else to talk about during my next visit.

time for a conversation at your next visit.
It could be Migraine with aura, but it is always a good idea to discuss new symptoms with your doctor. If this continues, please call him.
Oh for sure, If everything stays the same in the following two weeks, I will tell him at the next visit. But if that repeats, or anything else unusual comes up I will call the office, the only bad thing is, that my doctor is recuperating at home from the surgery (they will let him know).
