It all started last sunday, with pain that was not the worst, but limiting my activities a lot. The same on monday, and on tuesday. But tuesday was so nice outside, end of october and it was 14 (celsius) and sunny and I could not resist and I went for a bike ride. I guess that was all my head needed and mid-ride the pain was so bad I used the Imitrex NS and slowly got back to the car. Took another two hours later. And nothing, not even the tinniest relief. Three days of hell later the pain was getting better.

I felt a little weird saturday night. Sunday morning I woke up with another migraine, took Imitrex 50mg with Naproxen (worked - yay). But for me Imitrex works for one day only. Today I'll take something for the nausea, maybe something for the pain, but I don't see the point. I really don't see the difference. The pain stops for 4 hours, everything else stays, I am still not ok.

Oh, and on thursday, when I'll go see my doctor, we need to talk about going off the Topamax. The migraines are the same and my vocabulary changed to two phrases: I don't know and I don't remember. And try studying pharmaceutical chemistry with those two phrases (and with migraines).

I am just a little tired of so many migraines each month, my last pain free day was august 30. The funniest thing is that I still have the stupid smile on my face.
