For those of you who are new to the forum/site and are coming across this post - this is for you. I just finished reading Teri Robert's book Living Well With Migraine Disease and Headaches. Hi Eileen:

Thanks for suggesting Teri Robert's book.  I will look for it.  You might also want to read Heal Your Headache, by Dr. David Buckholtz.  This is a phenomenal book that truly validates the migraine sufferer.  It describes steps that can be taken to reduce and eliminate pain by following a 3 step program.  I highly reccommend this book.

Thanks for the suggestion! I was looking for other books over the weekend, but there were not many unfortunatly. I was looking online as well - I have so many books to read at home - I have a bad obsession with buying them!!!! Thanks though I am going to keep my eye out for that one!

    Hi Eileen,

I know you're interested in finding migraine books.  Teri did a book review on "Heal Your Headache", as lambchop had recommended, on her old website.  Here is a link to that review:  Heal Your Headache Review

BTW, I think I was in the same Borders you were in over the holiday weekend too at the mall.  The one next to the Michael's and not far from the Cold Stone.  My son was at the movies there and I had a little free time before picking him up.

Yes, I was born and bred in NJ. However, I've only lived in Mo County the last few years. The mall has grown so much since I have been here though. They've added a lot of great stores!

Also, I saw that your female neurologist is in the same town as mine.  My doctor doesn't know that I fired her yet and I'm still in the process of closing the deal on my new doctor.  This doctor will be in Morristown, a little further drive away, but I think it will well worth it.  Good luck with your questions and next doctor's visit.
