    That's fantastic, Eileen!  I'm so happy for you!  It sure makes a big difference to have a few more pain free days, huh?Big Smile

     

    Keep at it--it sure sounds like you and your new neuro are on the right track!  I've learned the hard way, too--I guess we have to make small, gradual changes with our preventives to tell what's really working.  (Part of me just wants to jump in there and try it all at once--but I know that idea is crazy!  I'm just impatient, I guess...)
