After years of suffering up to 13 migraines a month I have finally found relief. A fellow migraine sufferer told me about a book that has made all the difference in the world. The book is, Heal your Headache The 1-2-3 program by David Buchholz, M.D. and it has become a bible for me.
Dr. Buchholz is a neurologist at John Hopkins and has been treating migraine patients for years. The book focuses on all known triggers for migraines and eliminating ALL of them, not just a few. It's a very easy, quick, and informative read and the results are nothing short of amazing.
I began the 1-2-3 program 7 weeks ago and have had two headaches since. TWO! I am sleeping well, no longer waking up with pain in my neck and shoulders every morning, and no longer on daily medication to ward off another migraine. I don't sit in anticipation of when my next migraine will be. Myself AND my family have reaped the benefits of having a wife and mother who isn't in near constant pain.
I urge you to check out this book! I bought mine off Amazon. com. There are hundreds of reviews on the website. Read them and you will see yourself in them. If you're like me, you'll be so thankful to finally have HOPE of relief! You can get better and live without migraines. Best wishes!
