Suffering migraine for a long time.

Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum and am wondering if there is anyone out there in a similar situation. I'm suffering severe migraine with aura since I was in high school. Now, I'm married and have 2children still have the same things. Really painful attacks 24hrs twice a week and for this I can't work, I can't send my children in school because its blurred vision occurs in my eyes. I felt nausea, dizziness and that's make me stress as well. I'm nervous and scared. I don't know what to do. I called my friend if she can help me.
