OK, I was supposed to meet with my new OB today to discuss the possibility of getting pregnant soon and how that would affect my migraines and the medication regimen I am currently on.  When I woke up to go to the appointment though, I was in pain.  I was dizzy, had a hard time focusing, and recognized the searing pain inside my head as a migraine.  I live about 40 minutes away from the doctor's office, and I knew there was no way I could drive myself there.  With my husband at work, I had nothing to do but to call the office and reschedule.  So, luckily, they can see me on Friday, and maybe I'll have something to post about then!  I think Chris may even try to come with me then, which will be good, so I can definitely get to the appointment, and then also because he can ask any questions he has and he can hear for himself what the doctor has to say.  He can also help me explain the whole migraine situation, just in case the doctor needs any help in understanding it!

I just hope this isn't a bad sign about the new doctor!   I am sure everything will be OK.
