    Weather is a hellish trigger to be sure.  Changes are bad.  But just as bad is extreme cold or heat.  If I walk outside in such freezing cold temperatures it feels like someone is squeezing my head in a vice.  And if it is even slightly windy, it feels like that wind is slicing into my brain.  I am praying for spring already, although with the weather changes it will not be fun, at least it will be warmer.
