Last night I didn't sleep well at all. I tossed and turned.

    Definitely!!! I guess the other bed is for the Beast alone! Or maybe we'll just kick him out of the house all together!Furious

    Unfortunately the beastie almost always shares the bed with me and DBF. Luckily the pain is really bad only about once a week, and DBF doesn't usually stir if I'm tossing and turning too much.

     

    Hopefully we can both find a good way to consistently toss the beastie out of our beds. Heart

    MJ- Stinks you deal with this too! The beast tends to only wake me if its really bad too. I turn on my biofeedback-progressive muscle relaxation CD to help calm me. Sometimes it helps me fall back asleep. Sometimes, I get to the end and start it back up again. DH and I have parts of it memorized!!Wacko
