Jamie, I could feel your pain in every word you wrote. I suffered from migrains since I was 18 yrs. old. Finally in my 50's I sought the help of experts. I went to the Diamond headache clinic in Chicago. It took a long time because I didn't have health insurance and had to be seen in an out patient. Today bI take daily medication as a propholactic measure and I am almost migraine free. I do get migraines when there are weather changes, but they bcan be aliviated easily. I no longer take imitrex injections. I can live my life. I pray  that you will get the results you need.
