I've only had aura once or twice, ever. But the day before an attack I'm often really klutzy and tongue-tied. I don't usually notice when it's happening. -- Gretchen

    Hello, and welcome to MyMigraineConnection.com!

The blue dots are probably part of a Migraine aura. Only about 25% of Migraineurs experience aura, and even then, it's rare that anyone experience the aura with all Migraine attacks. That's why the most common Migraine diagnosis is Migraine with and without aura. Not thinking straight could be part of another phase of a Migraine that not everyone experiences, the prodrome. We have an article that I think would be helpful to you, Anatomy of a Migraine.

Thank you for creating a SharePost. SharePosts are a form of blogging, and there are many things you can do with them. You can share an experience, suggest something that's helped you, use SharePosts as a Migraine and headache journal, and many other things.

We also have a discussion forum that you may want to check out. Especially if you have questions or are looking for information, you may find the interaction on the forum to be quite helpful.
