I am currently taking Topamax as my prevenative and have been for awhile now, probably about two years. I take 100 mg twice a day. I was wondering if anyone has heard of adding Zonegram to Topamax or if it is a either or type of situation. I have added to my list of questions to ask the nerologist on my next visit but meantime I was wondering if anyone has any experience with that.

Zonegran is in the same class of medication that topamax is, antiseizure drugs. This is something, just like you said to discuss with your doctor. Are your Migraine attacks not under good control? It may be time to "tweek" you medication, which can happen from time to time. This link on topamax has information on dosing you may find helpful.
