How much magnesium and B2 should one take?

    This isn't something anyone can answer specifically for you. Most doctors who recommend B2 for Migraine say 400 mg/day. Their opinions vary greatly on the magnesium as well as what form of magnesium. I've seen doctors recommend anywhere from 500 mg to 1500 mg/day, magnesium needs to be balanced with calcium. This is a good question to ask your doctor. Hope the numbers I've given you help with the discussion.
