I don't know how, and I don't know why, but for some reason I've managed to scoot into hypothyroid territory without ending up with an increase in migraine frequency. If anything, the migraine beasties been even more quiet, despite the thyroid level shift. In fact, I've almost been unaffected by weather at all this summer, which is surprising, since it's usually my biggest trigger. I've had a couple of days in June and in July with hormonal migraines, but that's it. It's perplexing, but I'll take it, I guess.
At least it gives me more energy to throw at getting the thyroid levels and potassium back in check. It's nice to be able to work on one big thing at a time.
