      <title>Migraines and knot next to cerv spine</title>
      <description>I have had Migraines off and on since twenties, but the last 4 months they had been constant. We got a dog around the same time and im seeing an allergist but i noticed a bump or knot on or next to my cerv spine right below the hair line.... every time i pop my neck the pain eases up or even goes away. I have to do this tho almost 3-4 times a day and some of the time it doesnt pop and i get a bad bad migraine. Pain med dont really work but...</description>
