Does anyone else hate July? I believe my migraines are worse here in Ont. during July . I stay indoors more often to avoid the humidity, heat storms etc. Is there anywhere I can travel to for July to avoid this torture?

I know exactly what you mean about the heat and humidity. Staying indoors in our airconditioned home helps me tremendously. As far as traveling somewhere to find relief, your guess is as good as mine. I wish I could be of more help.
