Constant headache, 7 weeks, 24/7?

Hi Lee,

I can't agree more with John Claude and Teri: get thee to a headache specialist. Only a specialist can help you figure out your particular condition and how to treat it, but I'll offer you my case as an example. I've had migraines for 12 years and transformed migraines (constant headaches) for 8. Thankfully, I found a great neurologist and headache specialist. We tried a few different medications to find the one that managed my pain and had the least side effects, and then worked to find the appropriate dosage. It takes partnership and patience, but the good news is that there are many good medication options available today, and a good doctor will help you find the one that's right for you.
