As much as we'd like to help and answer your question, the only person who can do that is a doctor who can review your and your family's medical history, discuss your symptoms with you, and conduct a complete examination.
One thing you need to know is that Migraines aren't really headaches. Migraine is a genetic neurological disease that manifests in what are generally referred to as Migraine attacks. The headache, when there is one, is just ONE SYMPTOM of a Migraine attack. It's entirely possible to have a Migraine attack without the headache.
Since the doctors you've seen haven't been able to help, it's time to consult a Migraine and headache specialist. It’s important to note that neurologists aren’t necessarily Migraine and headache specialists. Take a look at the article Migraine and Headache Specialists - What's So Special? If you need help finding a Migraine specialist, check our listing of Patient Recommended Migraine and Headache Specialists.
