Full Question:Is there any current research to suggest that it is not safe to use Imigran following the clipping of cerebral aneurysms? I used to use it with great success prior to the clipping of aneurysms and as yet have not found anything quite as good. Thanks for your thoughts and input. Chris.

I know of no negative data in the use of triptans for migraines in this situation, provided blood pressure is normal and there are no other contraindications.
