    Can the smallest meningioma tumor (aprox 1 cm all the way around) on the brain still cause problems and headaches? Or is it unlikely for one that small to show any symptoms?  Samantha.

    Dear Samantha;


    A 1cm meningioma is not tiny by any stretch of the imagination. Yes, it can be a trigger of Migraines and headaches, as can 299 other clinical/medical problems.
