    Teri,

A big Thanks! for this article. It is so nice to have all this information compiled together like this for us. My gosh, it must of taken a little doing to get it together. Just wanted to let you know that it is greatly appreciated all the time and effort that you put into helping make things so much more convenient for us.

I will be printing that out and using it most often as I am sure everyone else who comes across the article and reads it too.

Again thank you Teri for all that you do. It always is appreciated.

That would be a good Ask the Clinician question, but due to the volume of questions we receive, we cannot answer questions posted as comments. We ask that questions be submitted through an online form to be answered in the order in which they're submitted. We publish questions and answers once a week in our Ask the Clinician column. You can submit this question through THIS FORM.
